searching for public activities shows only these before 6 Jan

If you want to search for public activities, nothing is found for the last 30 days. You can choose custom dates, than older activities are found. Cannot believe, there are no public activities in a 1m city in the last month. This has to be a bug...

Any progress on this issue? I can't seem to find any reason or announcement. I'm actually using these activities for some research and have no alternate source.
