Fenix 2 does not sync with Garmin Connect mobile

It is starting to sync (blue sync line at bottom) after a second it turns to green and sync finished. Nothing uploaded.

is my problem related with latest software update of Fenix 2 4.40 ? i found that latest sync without problem with old software 4.30

seems to be... I have had issues since the 4.40 as well... after about 3 unpair and re-pair... It says synching... but nothing transfers.
