Seriously hacked off

For the last 3 weeks I've been trying to sync my 810 to my IPad Air 2 and iPhone 5s.

The 810 just says "Discoverable" and on by my pad and phone it doesn't see it, I've tried deleting the Connect app and reinstalling it but nothing changes, for the price Garmin charge it really is a joke and I regret buying a Virb Elite, Garmin 810 and a 920XT and I won't be spending another penny.

No doubt it nobody from Garmin will reply it will be another poor soul that has an issue to.

    AndyG72 we can definitely look in to the issue for you right away if you could call or email us and provide more details. It looks like this should have actually been posted in the Garmin Connect mobile forums. Garmin responses here on the forums are typically for issues that multiple users are experiencing. Although we can respond to isolated issues here in the forums its usually more efficient to have you contact us directly as we will need more information from you to determine a solution.
