"Unable to send workout to device"

I cannot upload custom workouts to my Garmin 310XT from Garmin Connect as of yesterday. I get the message "Unable to send workout to device." Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm trying to send courses to the device and it's not working. This used to work but not any more.
I can't seem to find any answers. I've tried multiple machine, removed - reinstalled brand new machines, zeroed the course data but still no progress.

I should add that I'm using windows 7 x64 and all my device and garmin express are running the right versions.

Same issues here, been like this for a week now. Opened a case with them and they brushed me off with the usual reinstall and move over to garmin express. if they can get their act together, maybe i would.

I'm having the same problem. "Unable to send workout to device. Please try again later." using a Mac with Safari 7.1.3, OS X 10.9.5. Garmin Express 4.0.5.0. Having tried for more than a week, I don't think it is going to start working again now.

If an Express issue post in the Express forum, there are Garmin staff there able to help.
