Glad I am not alone, cannot sync my Vivofit but the status page says everything is online.
This is a great device if you just want a watch with built in pedometer but since I got it in November there have been no end of issues with the website and updating its not good
I have no issues at all. How are you syncing? If it's through mobile, there is a log that you can look at to see the specific error message. You can access it through the gear icon-about option in the app. You get there from the menu on the upper left corner.
I somehow doubt it's the web site as it's been solid for weeks. Which country do you live in?
I don't have your problem at all however I did when I first got started. Those issues were solved by upgrading Express to the latest version. What does your Express sync log say?
thx Phil it is Canada I have latest Connect version etc when it failed...just waiting for device. it is just waiting.....even the device is 1mm besides the ant+.
