vivofit data syncing but not in garmin connect

I have a vivofit data is syncing successfully but no data in showing in Garmin express, my software is upto data and the last visible data was 2nd Feb- Garmin can you please help us or do we return our devices under warranty??

    Same issue, hitting sync goes quickly to complete. Garmin connect shows no data. Been happening since 2/9. Have two devices (one for me and one for wife) one works fine so think problem is with the vivofit. Wondering if I should pull battery and reset or take in to store for return?

    Do you have both devices in the same account? Only one device can be your main tracking device in one account.

    I only have one device - same issue still no data visible. I have the most updated software?? What do I do??
  • From the newly posted sticky from Garmin Support:


    "There is a known issue that exists for some customers using the vivofit. The vivofit will successfully sync to the Garmin Mobile application but no new step information appears. If you experience this please try the following as a temporary work around:


    Press and hold the function key on the vivofit for about 12 seconds or until the screen on the watch goes blank. Now attempt to sync the watch to the device. This should now allow steps to successfully sync. A permanent fix will likely be included in a software update sometime in the near future.


    We do apologize for any issues this may have caused you and appreciate your patience."

  • What you quoted and whats been discussed in this thread are not exactly the same issue. So exactly what is it you need help with?

    If your issue has anything to do with Garmin Express installed on your computer uploading to Garmin Connect or another site then I'd suggest posting in the Garmin Express sub-forums where actual Garmin people might answer. They seldom post outside there as I think Garmin prefers this to be a user to user forum.
