Try https rather than http.

Yep, me too. Opened the first page, then threw the above error. Now throws the error whatever I do. For the record it throws the same "http://" error whether I try to access a page via https (my default) or http.

Come on Garmin. This is getting old. It's just one thing after another with the website.

I had this a couple of days ago, and now again today. It sometimes lets me into the Connect home screen, but then when I click on any of the links it either doesn't do anything or goes to the Access Denied message, then I can't access the site at all.

Access denied to my account

This is now my third time trying to contact someone at garmin connect for support!!

I am able to connect to my account (Garmin connect) at first, but some or most of the widgets fail to render and shows nothing. Activities seem to load OK but sometimes register in the wrong day. (If I run on a Tuesday, it may show on a Wednesday.) If I reload the page, it then give me this page.

This has been happening for a few weeks now and I'm not sure if it a problem with your servers that is happening to everyone, or it's only with my account. I have an iMac desktop and a MacBook Pro and it is happening on both computers. "Connect" on the phone seems to work correctly.
Can you help with this issue please.

This is mainly a user to user forum. I suggest you call Garmin who will need to resolve this issue for you.

Same here. Has anyone been able to solve this? Usually, I will be able to access the website an hour later, but I try to modify/add/delete any of the widgets, not only it will not work but I get the same "access denied" error message again, and have to wait for an hour.

What browser are you using? I was using safari on a Mac when I had the issue. I switched to Chrome, cleared all the caches and it works. The only problem I have is that Chrome doesn't support the communicator plugin.

Currently looking at Strava and Training peaks as Garmin connect is just too fragile to rely on

I'm all in favour of storing the data somewhere else as well as Connect - but I've been using connect for 2 1/2 Years now and never been locked out for more than an hour or two. I haven't found reliability a great deal different from Strava which I also use. I keep all my runs locally in Training Centre and sync automatically with the runners world run hub and strava. As free tools go I've found connect pretty good even if Garmin support is very variable :)
