I’ve been struggling to manage and track my sleep. I used to have a FitBit and the sleep tracking was excellent.
I work in the emergency services as a blue light responder and because of the shift pattern I will regularly have a sleep before and after a shift (sleeping before early shifts is not my strong point).
It’s disappointing that Garmin hasn’t implemented sleep tracking as a general thing that records when you’re sleeping like the Fitbit and competitors do. I currently have a FR 645 Music but unless Garmin’s software changes when it comes time to buy a new watch then I will definitely either be going back to Fitbit or jumping across to one of the other competitors.
It seems bizarre to me because this watch is incredibly good but the app feels dated and 10+ years behind competitors...
