I don't understand. If I enter my exercise on MFP, then sync my Vivofit to Garmin Connect, am I getting double credit for my exercise? For example, when I walk on my air walker, vivofit counts the steps. So, should I NOT enter it as a cardio exercise on MFP? Or, when I ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes with my Heart Rate Monitor, should I NOT entering that as cardio exercise on MFP? I am so confused!
Is it one OR the other for tracking calories burned, or do I enter exercise on both? Arrrrrghghghgh!
