I have not tried to logon to Connect since Christmas, and now unable to do so.
Express acknowledges that I have uploaded two activities, yet when I try to open Connect, all the Widgets are blank including Device, there is no response to clicking on Activities, Modern or profile etc on the left side, the message received is as above. loading the page is extremely and I mean extremely slow as well.
Any suggestions?
Update, 14 minutes ago I clicked on the view data link in Express it still has not connected; it is not my broadband connection at fault, I have just tried Netflix, streaming a movie was perfect.
Update 2; after 20 minutes Classic View data appeared, clicked on Modern View, all I have is 4 empty Widgets; the icons on the left do not respond.
