Forerunner 620 Garmin connect dates are wrong and personalized training zones!

OK so i have a have Garmin forerunner 620 and the watch its self and the idea behind it are amazing and the reason i brought this watch, but i have only two main problems with adding a training plan to the watch and my problems revolve around this

1. The dates are wrong! so i pick a brand new training program the date today is 9/02/2015 Monday and i seclude this plan to finish on the 12/04/2015 so i'm starting the plan around half way through (now it still happens even if i start a plan at the beginning) the Mondays on this plan is a rest day so when you look at the Garmin connect calendar online the next work out is W08D02 intervals on 10/02/2015 which is a Tuesday which would be correct as the settings are start of week on Monday now the problem is when i upload this calendar to the watch the next workout its telling me to do is W08D02 but on Wednesday 11/02/2015 which should be D03 and everything after this is allways one day out?

2.The second problem i have is you go to the trouble to set up your own heart rate training zones so in zone 4 for me it should be 174-187bpm but this training zone that you make doesn't sync with the training plan you choose and it tells me to run in zone 4 148-166bpm now that's just way to low to be doing intervals in and i don't see why this shouldn't change on the training plan to my customized training zones
