Problems syncing from GC to 310XT

Hey,

I have a strange problem lately...the 310XT is syncing perfectly fine from the device through Garmin Express to Garmin Connect. The problem starts when I want to push data from Garmin Connect to my 310XT.


So Upload is working and all of the data is transfered correctly from the 310XT to GC but Download (Hochladen) is not working at all. It just says "Error Syncing".

Garmin Express: 3.2.29.0
310XT: 4.50

Any idea how to fix this?

    no, why should I? Do you really think this will solve a one direction problem like this?

    There are loads of people including me with the same issue with the 310XT and many other Garmin devices from reading the forums, the Garmin Support response is to get you to install all the latest software after uninstalling and re-initialising your device which doesn't work. Eventually you'll get a message to the effect that they have passed the issue to the Developement team.
