Suggestion: Re-Organize Garmin Connect Forums

How about someone who’s in charge of the Garmin forums cleaning up and re-organizing the Garmin Connect sub-forums. Specifically:
  • Orphan Sub-Forums. At least five of the GC sub-forums are orphan forums, with no current activity (the most recent post in some of them going back as far as 2011). These orphans include: "Announcements", "Rules of Conduct", "Scheduled Down Time", "Known Issues and Solutions" and "FAQ". And the three active sub-forums include "The Water Cooler". Seriously? Really, the only two GC forums that are needed are "Troubleshooting" and "Feature Requests".
  • Off-Topic Posts. Moving the Garmin Connect forums further down the page, instead of right at the top, could help to avoid a lot of the off-topic posts, particularly in "Troubleshooting". It seems that too many first-time posters mistakenly think that this is a general troubleshooting forum for all Garmin devices. How many times does SUSSAMB have to reply, "You’ve posted this in the Garmin Connect forum which has nothing to do with your query"? Even people with questions about Forerunner and Edge devices can’t seem to look three or four forum titles down the page and find the right place to post their questions. If the GC forums were moved down the page, or even included in the software forums, it would help a lot.
