Connect - GPX, Courses and Syncing

Hi Garmin,

Here's an idea: why not make it possible to sync courses from your Device to Garmin Connect? And make it possible to upload GPX files directly to Garmin Connect to create courses?

That way you could create a course on your device, and then save it in Garmin Connect in case you want it on another device, or incase you lose your device. And you could download GPX files from other people to plot routes in Garmin Connect, and then transfer them to your device, like pretty much everyone in the world wants to do.

As it is currently I have download a GPX, and put it onto to my device, but then I can't check it properly on the tiny little screen, so it goes 50 yards up a road before u-turning and heading back because the GPX file was slightly out, but I can't check that or edit it because there's no way of getting it to Garmin Connect to do either of those things. And then I have half my courses on my device, and some on Connect, and I can never look through a proper list because they're in two different places. They should sync.

I should be able to make a course on Connect from a GPX, and any new course on my device should sync to Connect.

So just sort it out so you can do both those things. Everyone wants it to work like that, you just need to make it work like that. I know that this would require Garmin software to be half-decent, and thats a big step for you guys, but I'm sure if you involved someone competent you could get it working?
