can anyone open this file "undefined "

when back from a run today i got this error message when trying to import my run "undefined"
can anyone open it for me and save it as a gpx ?

is there anyway of recovering the data in this file, at all? It would be handy to know as i have a good few races this year and would hate to loose data recorded on them. I know it is a long shot.
