Garmin Connect connection not working from Garmin Express

Hi, I have had a issue all day today trying to connect to Garmin Connect from Garmin Express. I can login using my credentials normally through Garmin Connect, however this error stating that there is something wrong with the Garmin servers persists (see attachment). I have upgraded the software to the latest version with no change. Can someone shed any light on what the issue is please or if there is anything I can do on my side to rectify it?
