Have not been able to sync my Vivofit since Wednesday, 2/4. The band says sync, but the website shows no sync activity. The website also keeps kicking me out. Normally I stay logged in with an open tab in Chrome. Since Wed. every time I click the tab I've been logged out, and it takes 2 tried to log back in. Any info on website issues?
No problems at all with Chrome on windows for me, or syncing a vivofit with BT or Ant+.
How are you trying to sync? If you are using BT and the app, there is a "data sync log" you can look at (Under "about" on Andriod, and IIRC, under "more" on iOS.) If ant+, you can open GE and see if there are files queued to be sent to the garmin servers.
I was using ANT+ on my laptop. Sorry, not sure what GE is to open and look for files. Did get it to sync with app on android phone, but just data from today, not Thurs or Fri. Thanks for the response!
