Connect Not Synching Steps Propely since 12/31 - Forerunner 15

Steps have not been synching properly since 12/31/2015. Some days are missing completely and others are incomplete. It is also saying that I have changed time zones on some days which I haven't and that it will be updated tomorrow (which of course it doesn't). Data is correct on the watch but it is not being processed properly or at all by Connect. Incredibly frustrating and I hope I will not lose any data as time goes on if this is not resolved. The Connect site has only worked properly sporadically since I purchased the watch back in October. I have been very happy with Garmin products in the past both in the professional environment and other uses with a great experience. My experience with Connect has been completely the opposite, completely unreliable. The product is not ready for prime time and it does not appear that Garmin is on it to get the ongoing issues resolved. My experience thus has really tarnished my view of a company I always had thought provided a great and reliable product.
