GARMIN EXPRESS doesn't work with 310XT and get data to CONNECT

I have tried everything now; Install Express. Uninstall ANT agent - re-install.
When i get to the point to establish a link between Express and my 310 XT i keep getting the error message that there are issues with the servers.

What should i do to see my data ?

Unfortunately i cannot work with the good oldfashioned offline Garmin Training Center anymore neither.

Please help !
