Garmin Connect Activities page - Search feature gives internal error

I get an "Internal Error" everytime I search for anything in my activities. I can be looking at something that says "Phoenix" and search for it and it won't find anything and just gives me the error icon.
  • Yes, this happens to me also and has been like this for some time now. Really frustrating. Please help someone!

It seems to be the keyword search that is broken. I can search on other filters (e.g., time or distance), but keywords are not working. I agree, it has been like this for some time--weeks?

    C'mon, Garmin, help please?
  • Garmin will only know about this if you contact garmin support. This is a user-to-user forum.

Did you contact them already? If not, then, any tips on how to do so?

    I have the same problem.
  • Garmin know about this problem, other threads mention that Garmin have trotted out the 'we are working on it line' The forum structure/search is rubbish like Connect. It's had the search bug for weeks. It used to work, so how did Garmin break it? The UK Garmin office didn't even know about the problem 'til I told them. Utterly utterly pathetic. Well it's free is all you can say about Connect. And the problem is, I don't know of any other packages that give you the same sort of features for logging your rides in a diary structure with a mapping view. Anybody any ideas of some software that works....?

Thanks for the update. This is really annoying--almost as much as my Edge switching to Di2 Adjust Mode at random times for no apparent reason. LOL.

I use WKO+ (about $130, I think). It gives a good diary, but the mapping function is just an export to Google Earth. I prefer the mapping in Connect, but I like the data analysis and logging in WKO+.
