Activities saving at GMT

Hi all,

Every activity I save from my FR15 appears in Garmin Connect with GMT even though I've set my account to the correct time zone, and obviously it's recording the run in the correct timezone via GPS satellites.

Does anyone else have this problem, and how have they corrected it?

I've contacted Garmin twice about this and not heard back.

I'm facing the same problem and I'm using VivoSmart. I guess the problem is on the Garmin Connect itself. Somehow it interprets my data wrongly. I'm on GMT +8 timezone. I did a workout at 7PM today, and it being transferred and recorded in the Connect as 3AM on the next day.

I'm not seeing any issue there, have you set the correct timezone in the settings in Connect? And on your device if appropriate?

Really? On what do you base this statement?

I have the correct time zone set, yes. I've tried changing it and setting it back. Still activities are saved in Greenwich time.
