I am new to Garmin Connect and I'm not having much luck getting my interval workout set correctly. I would like to create a workout with a 1 mile warm-up, followed by 2 miles of 1 minute intervals (activity and recovery), and finish with a .5 mile cool down.
I have been able to get everything set up properly but I cannot figure out how to get the intervals to repeat only over 2 miles versus a set number of times. All advice is appreciated.
