Wrong Calculation of Average Heart Rate Bpm

Dear,

I've noticed something strange related to the calculation of average heart rate. In my last training session my Garmin 910XT heart rate averaged 65%. When uploading to Garmin Connect I visualized that is showing me a 76% average heart rate. I thought it could be a difference between the values of the device and the application but both are equal, 63 min and 193 Max.

As seen below in the settings tab training zones calculation is performed correctly:

In the detail of training and displayed on PPM is also correct (146 PPM) equivalent to 65%.

But now by selecting % of maximum application shows an average 76% of which is INCORRECT:

What Could Be the problem?

today 139 average, that should be around 64% but garmin connect shows 74%...
would e god a solution to this problem

There does seem to be some confusion between %HR(max) and %HRR. My watch heart rate zones are as I set them up a long time ago but viewing Heart Rate Zones in Garmin Connect show zones based on Heart Rate Reserve. I don't know when this change was introduced but it confused me for quite a while until I think I worked out what was going on.

I don't think it's based on the heart rate reserve, unless i'm calculating it wrong.
    I'm using the (not accurate) 220-age. I'm 33 so mi HR(max) is 187 - 55bpm resting HR=132bpm HRR.
139 average should be more that 100% and connect says it's 74%.
    Or am I wrong?

Yes, I made sure to put the same heart zones on the device and also put "Send to Device" from Garmin Connect.
Today I went for a run, I finished the workout with a 66% average heart rate equivalent to 148 pulsations, which is displayed correctly in Garmin Connect:

But selecting Percentage mode, it shows 77% !! where it should be 66%, and not know what else could be, any other ideas?

    193 x 76% = 146.7 (from your 1st post)
    193 x 77% = 148.6
    193 x 84% = 162.1
    Where did you get 65-66%?

139 average it's 74% of 187. It's simply %% of your maximum, without regard to resting pulse.
HRR is used for your individual zones calculating. For example, 121 is the middle of your range (HRR), but is 64.7% of your maximum.
