switched from my old 405 to the new 220, not happy, this watch has bugs. Now it will not charge. I have reset twice or more. Switched the charger to a different port and here it sits the battery draining. Wish I would not have given my 405 away.
Take it back to the shop where you bought it - its obviously not of merchandisable quality - they should give you a refund or exchange it whichever you prefer
You can pick up FR610's cheaply which have better features than the 220 for a runner IMHO
