I have a swim event on my 910xt that will not sync up to Garmin Connect (GC).
Other events (before and after it) are successfully uploading to GC.
I have just done a Transfer All, as described on the FAQ page, with the item:
"The Garmin ANT Agent won't transfer data to Garmin Connect. What should I do?"
Occasionally, I have had stuck items. I tracked that down to a bug/failure using the run or bike Workouts/Intervals function and using the start stop button and not using the lap buttons to 'finish' the workout.
However, this is a swim item and I didn't use the workout - I just used the standard, boring Start/Stop buttons, then reset it using the lap button.
Also, I have deleted all other events manually, then set it to transfer all.
This shows on the 910 as transferring data. Garmin Express shows an item uploading, then says upload complete.
However, GC does not list the event - so I guess GC is filtering or deleting the event. (that's mega crappy:mad:)
Therefore, I do not know a) how to get the item off and b) how to stop it getting stuck in the future.
