Vivosmart distance tracking not working

My vivosmart distance stopped working. It's still tracking my steps but for some reason not the distance. It stays at 0. What can I do to fix this?

My vivosmart distance stopped working. It's still tracking my steps but for some reason not the distance. It stays at 0. What can I do to fix this?

I am having the same issue. I have no clue why it stopped working. Anyone knows why?
