I have a chunk of time on Tuesday that I have no data. It says I only did 4,587 steps and I know I had more steps than that. My sleep record shows that the data started back at 1 am on Wednesday. Any thought on what might have gone on?
I am having the same problem. It seems that the time between my last sync and when I place my Vivofit on SLEEP, I lose that data. Tho it rectified itself on one occasion (though I am confused how....), again today I have lost data. (about 3000 steps....)
