New Software Reported By Connect But Not Express

Connect page tells me of a software update. Express doesn't recognize it and syncing doesn't transfer. Any suggestions?

Did you do a "check for update" for the device in Express? What version of Express, and which device?

I did click "check for update" and was told 3.1 is the latest. Using Express version 3.2.29.0

You don't say what device. In any case try deleting then reassociating your device with Express, it should then report the update correctly

Could the New Software message refer to the new version of connect mobile?

It's a Forerunner 620. Open the Garmin Connect page and a banner tells me new firmware available, open Garmin Express. I open Garmin Express and it tells me that my device is up to date (i.e. no update pending).

I deleted the device and re-installed. That worked. Thanks for the suggestions
