Not able to sync Forerunner 620 using GarminExpress.app

Anyone experiencing difficulties with syncing Forerunner 620 through Garmin Express? Software is updated and there are no info on why there is an error.

Yes. This is my first run since upgrading to 3.20, so I don't know if if is Connect or the 620 firmware.

It would have been nice if they put the notice on the Connect dashboard like last time. I should know better by now than to expect any consistency from the team at Garmin.
