Internal Server Error?

Tried to upload a ride today using the upload button on Garmin Connect Classic.

The browser plug-in finds the device, and I can see the ride.
When I select it and hit 'Upload Activities, the wheel just spins uselessly for a few minutes, before it gives up with a status of 'failed'.
The stated reason is 'Internal Server Error'.

Same result if I try a manual upload of the file, or indeed any file.
The file itself is fine; it loads and shows no corruption in the Fit File Repair Tool.
It uploads just fine to RideWithGPS.

Can someone give the database a kick in the appropriate place, please?
