Study on heart rate and sensation in race and adapted workouts

Hello everyone,

Let me introduce myself, my name is Ben, I am 36 and French Canadian, my apologies if I make mistakes in writing English, it's not my primary language.
I do scientific research on heart rate in sports, and more precisely in running.

I'm looking for people to help me in my project.
In exchange for your participation, I can offer you my help in the management and monitoring of a personalized and customized program.

My research focuses on training workouts based on heart/feeling, and suitable for all profiles (male, female, young, old, small, big, sedentary or sport).
Looking profiles of all ages and backgrounds, I myself am usual runner and programs are really suitable for people and follow a specific objective (I do not give exercises that I am not able to do or what I do with difficulty).

My goal is to give you exercises to do on a treadmill, you must have a garmin watch and a garmin heart rate monitor to record activity.
Once the program is done, I'd like you to share your data and your feelings so I can analyze the result and adjust the program accordingly.

I am at your disposal for any questions.

Thank you for your help. ;)

Ben
