Garmin Connect not syncing with Vivofit

My Vivofit has not synced to my iphone since January 13ths. I just tried re-installing Garmin Connect on my phone but pairing failed. I am guessing this is a problem with Garmin Connect.

Any other advice?

I tried to do this away from my computer, so it is not a problem with trying to sync to two different devices.

    i am having the same problem.. I just got a new vivofit but it won't pair up on my garmin connect.. It is saying Pairing failed - unable to pair your gamin device. I have an iPhone 6. My husband have an iPhone 5 and it paired up right away but it won't pair with my iPhone 6. Please advice how I can fix that?????
  • The vivofit can only be paired to one device at a time including express. Could that be the problem?
