I received a vivofit for Christmas and it worked well the first week! I know Garmin was having issues, but thought those issues had been resolved. Since January 4th, I haven't been able to sync to MFP. The past two days, I've had trouble syncing with my ant stick and have had to retry several times before I have success.On my dashboard, I can see how many steps I've taken, but it doesn't show up in the reports, until I sync a second time. Today, I no longer have any sleep movement data! I am so frustrated at this point, I'm considering returning the device. Is anyone else having the same issues?
I am having a issue syncing with Garmin Express. It says the Server is down please try again later. That's been 3 days ago! If they are having problems you think they would post it on the Garmin Connect Home page. Not A Happy Camper!

There are some who continue to struggle but I don't believe the issues are pervasive enough that Garmin needs to alert everyone on their home page. Do you have the latest Express? Can a firewall be in the way?
I agree with pshare. This is probably a local problem for you, as I've had zero problems syncing the last few weeks. Something firewall-wise could be the issue. Are you trying to sync from a home network or a work network? (it could be the network guys at work changed some stuff).
Have you ever been able to sync using this same setup?
I sync in the same place, same pc, browser, & network, and same general time-frame every night. As I stated earlier, my software is up to date. I've only had these issues the past few days. Of course, it worked perfectly tonight (with the exception of not syncing with MFP), which is great. I hope this continues!
I too got my vivosmart for Christmas. I have had zero issues syncing my data a few times a week. My phone is too old (iPhone 4) to connect to my vivosmart so I rely on USB to my laptop to sync. I started tracking my sleep data Monday night and when I connected my vivosmart to my laptop today there was zero data for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Something wiped out out my previous days data between syncs.
Lesson, I will sync every night when I get in bed and wait to verify the data on Connect. I will probably stop tracking sleep data also.
