Connecting to Weight watchers

I'm trying to connect my Vivofit to my weight watchers app. It's shows in weight watchers app it's connected but doesn't show any activities. I chatted with them at weight watchers but they told me it's a Garmin issue. I looked within the Garmin connect app to see if I could see Weight watchers under the 3rd part apps but it only shows Apple health. Could someone help me?

Did you ever solve this issue? I'm having trouble getting weight watchers and garmin to talk even thought they should. The garmin settings show that weight watchers has access but none of the data is going to weight watchers.

Make sure your apple health steps are on. Then reconnect your device. This just worked for me.
