Search in Activities does not work - Solution?

The Search function for activities on the website Garmin Connect does not work for me. I have 800+ activities and really would like it to work...

I get the message "An internal failure occured while searching for activities." (acual message, in swedish: "Ett internt fel uppstod vid sökning efter aktiviteter.") when I search.

Any one else experiencing this?
Solutions?
When will it be fixed?
  • I have had the same problem for a few weeks now, very irritating. Garmin seem to have made a real mess of Connect.

    I've had the same problem with the search function for the past month. I hope Gamin knows that it is a useful function and put so time into fixing the problem.

    How do we report it to support? I know how to contact support for problems on devices but how for Connect bugs?

    My left hand panel doesn't work and is all in grey, I cannot open activities, Connections, get notifications, see news feeds. Infact all i can do is view my dashboard and calender. It has been like that now since Saturday the 24th of January.

    And yes i have reported it.
  • Reported the search problem to support over a month ago and keep emailing them every week !!
    Always get the same reply:

    I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with Garmin Connect.

    We are aware of these ongoing issues and these are being addressed as high priority.

    I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.


    It is getting ridicolous!!
  • Nothing ever comes up in activities search. It doesn't matter how I zoom the map, or which search criteria I enter. Nothing comes up. Very annoying.

    This is a problem we are aware of and are working on a solution. We hope to have it resolved very soon. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    I got a bit more, or is it a bit less, "No timeframe to be compleated"

    The issue you are referring to is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a timeframe for this to be completed as yet.

    When the issue has been corrected, the fix will be released in an update.
