I've not been able to log into my original Garmin account Johnb_62 as I forgot the password. Simple enough I would have thought. However the email address for that account is no longer accessible as I used a company email address and the company I was with no longer hosts that email address, makes getting a temporary password impossible.
While trying to resolve the problem (and store current data) I temporarily set up a new account Johnb_62(alt).
Problem I am now encountering is every time I attempt to log into the original account Johnb_62 and try resolve the password issue the account automatically reverts to the newer temporary account.
Very frustrating as I would like to access all my old data and training plans.
I've tried on three occasions to email Garmin to help resolve the issue but no response.
Anyone have any tips on how I can resolve my dilemma?
