After not being able to do anything for two weeks I bid you farewell. I will never buy one of your products again.

i haven't not been able to connect/upload my forerunner 310XT since Jan 6th. ... Tell me WHEN it will be fixed.

Have you picked up the phone and called Garmin Support or are you sitting passively waiting for them to call you?

Since January 6th the only day I've had any trouble with Garmin Connect was late afternoon and evening on Jan 14th. Otherwise no troubles connecting / uploading from either my Forerunner 610 or my Forerunner 920xt.

Does anyone know how to download fitness data from Connect? I'd like to get my several years worth of data before it goes up in smoke!

You can use tapiriik to sync to other sites or strava.com can automatically sync.

Yes, Tapiriik is a great option as SNORTINGBULL mentions, but I'd suggest also having it copy workouts to Dropbox as well so you have a folder with everything.

BTW, depending on your device history check your ANT Agent and Garmin Express cache directories first to see what activity files you may already have left over on your computer.

But that's not how it was advertised was it? Did you purchase a product and want it to function differently to how it was promoted?
