no i didnt but shouldnt the calories burned be around 900 calories since i played badminton for three hours...do i have to activate something on my fitness band before i start playing badminton?
The problem is that steps are not going to be counted properly in a stop start game in a small area like Badminton. Its similar with table tennis where I've had epic games with loads of movement but hardly any steps get counted. Its because the trackers need to see ~20 steps before they register the current number. If you keep stopping every few steps it will miss most of them.
That's why you would need a HRM for this.
