Nuvi models with Radius Alerts ?

Hi to all,

I haven't been able to find a clear answer to this question.

I have a Nuvi 1450 that works great and it has Proximity Alerts that I believe work for a Custon POI located exactly on the road that I'm traveling on, but it doesn't seem to give an alert to a POI that is a few blocks off the road I'm traveling on.

I saw it mentioned somewhere that certain Nuvi models support Radius Alerts to give an alert when the POI is off of the traveled road but within a certain radius. Can someone please straighten me out on this and hopefully point me to a list of current Nuvi models that support Radius Alerts (if this even correct)?

My apologies if I posted this in the wrong place.
