file transfer

How do I transfer a file to another program (ie Strava)? this is just one older file that didn't get to Strava.

Strava has manual uploads on their web site. On the right side of your activity feed, hover over the plus sign, then choose "Upload Activity" and then "File" on the left.

figured it out...export button then searched under downloaded files
