Hi all,
I'd like to tell you about my negatve experience with activity search , I can't
find anything because I receive always the same message: "INTERNAL ERROR"
I ask to the Garmin Staff to fix it as soon as possbile.

This is a user-to-user forum. Did you open a case with Garmin Support?

it seems to be impossibile inside connect portal, I find only FAQ.

Go to http://www.garmin.com/us/support/
In the "Contact Support" section choose your country, then you can see your options to call or send an email. Your quickest response will be from calling the support number during their support hours.
