My VO2 Max for the last couple of months has been pretty consistently 48, but this morning I noticed it said 60.
I had a string of hard workouts the last week, but none of them were outdoors. My understanding is that the VO2 Max is calculated from an outdoor run.
While I'd love to think I just became ultra-fit, I'm afraid it's more likely that something isn't calculating correctly.
Anyone else have a similar issue?
