how to add HRM widget on dashboard

Hello,

i bought vivosmart without Heart Rate Monitor and yesterday i bought Soft Strap Premium Heart Rate Monitor. I pair HRM with vivosmart and i can see my heartbeat, but how can i see my heartbeat when i connect vivosmart on garmin connect or garmin express. Thank you.:D

There's an average heart rate report but that it's somewhat barebones on its own. If heart rate is associated with an activity you can drill down to detailed info.

When you log an activity, it will also log the heart rate, so you can see it as you drill down into an activity as Phil mentions. Within the activity, it will give you details like average heart rate, max heart rate etc, as well as a heart rate timeline aligned with your activity timing. I don't find the reports to be all that helpful (for my purposes), but the detail in the activity is pretty useful.
