8 hr time shift on activities loaded? why?

All my devices (510 / 220 / vivofit) have the correct time (GMT+10) but once I load to the site they are time shifted 8hr forward!! Strava:mad: picks up the correct activity time!!!!!

This has happened to me as well. A new and extremely annoying bug. Garmin Fenix 2.
