...not on the Garmin forum. Not on Facebook. Not on Twitter. Post a message on Garmin Connect and if possible on the mobile app. Why does someone have to hunt all over the internet to find out that the problem they're seeing is a system problem?

I used Strava throughout 2014 because I was fed up with the persistent problems with Garmin Connect, but I decided to give GC another try in the new year because it appeared things were looking better here. Turns out all the "improvements" are superficial and GC is still plagued with constant outage and bugs. I'm heading back to Strava exclusively. Good thing I only have a few 2015 activities to deal with so far. Yikes.
