My daily steps report is not logging my steps. I have no columns on the report for the last three days. The steps tab and progress to goal still shows and the correct number are logged there, but the report is not pulling the data. Any ideas?
I have been having the same issues myself. Since Sunday, my step counts have not been added to the report graph, nor has the information from my Garmin Forerunner.
Over the last couple days Garmin Connect and the Garmin Connect Mobile app have experienced difficulties that prevented some users from syncing their data. These issues have been resolved and you should be able to successfully sync at this time.
If you are having issues viewing your data, please make sure to add the Steps widget to your dashboard. We are working to resolve some concerns where the daily summary page and reports may not display this data. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we are working to quickly resolve this issue.
