Step report not syncing for Vivofit

So basically, I took a screenshot of my screen. When I sync my vivofit the step widget does not update, and not only this but it fails to have my target goal on it. It is just blank for the past three days. I am not sure what to do.If anyone can help it would be most appreciated :) .

Also my connections widget is not working, (i.e. My connections are not showing up), and my calories widget is not syncing.

I have the same problem. No synching possible for the 4th day now. I read online that people suggest that the Garmin servers are possibly overloaded. Maybe the system is a bigger success than they thought it would be. But it's easy: if you sell so many activity trackers, all those people are going to use them.....

Me too... but there's a sticky saying that there was a server fault, now resolved, and data for the past 3 days will be uploaded.

My wife and I are getting the exact same issue. I've also attached a screenshot.

Ditto. Two vivofits in my house not displaying steps on the web app. They do appear properly on my mobile devices. The sync appears to have succeeded. Sleep data appears correctly on all devices. Step data only appears on mobile devices, not on connect.garmin.com.

Same thing happening here. I have also disconnected MFP because everytime I log into my GC I have up to 6 duplicate activities under each day I have an activity which then gives me duplicate activities on MFP and throws off my calorie counts. I was going to switch to calculating everything manually until the issues with MFP and GC get resolved but I can't see my calorie burn from my steps because the reports are not syncing past Saturday.

I am having the same issue - no steps are being displayed on web app. Nothing since Saturday in steps but sleep data is recording correctly. Can see steps on my mobile device so data is being recorded but not being displayed on web app.

I disconnected GC and MFP just before Xmas due to these issues, and the stupid duplicate activities coming over from MFP.

However once you do that the calorie widget on GC is no longer active so you cannot see your active calorie burn from steps anyway. This means you can't get an accurate step calorie adjustment to add to MFP manually.

Now of course the calorie widget is broken anyway so it's moot.

I can still see my step calorie breakdown from the two days that my steps did sync with the GC website in the reports. It will tell you active calories from just your steps. I tried to attach a screen shot but I can't upload images on here. If you click on steps it gives you a daily summary and when you click on activities it breaks it down for you so you can see the calories for just your steps.
