Uhm, keyword being should. My vivofit is syncing just fine now, but my 910xt activity from 2 days ago still isn't showing. Express says it downloads. The device shows it is transferring. It never appears in my activity widget or page.
Guys you are pointing us to a closed sticky that says the problem has been fixed. its broken and has been now off and on for 2 days. Its not fixed. periodically some parts are working but as a whole there are still problems.
Still not syncing correctly. Please don't point us to a sticky saying "fixed" when so many people are still having issues. I got my vivosmart to sync by plugging into the computer but it still does not sync with the phone.
The same thing has been happening to me - no data from Saturday. First download shows steps - no information shows in reports. Sleep showing. This is driving me mad.
