For those who have reached their limit with syncing, no syncing, crashes, lost data, frozen websites, no advertised integration with between their Garmin product and the Garmin cloud there is a solution:
Call Garmin Support directly and request an RMA.
Garmin Support have effectively acknowledged that the current Garmin System issues represent a "major failure" and they have offered me a full unconditional refund under the international warranty.
Request and the RMA will be granted without question. Most likely because Garmin have no actual answers for the failures plaguing their online systems.
The RMA is then forwarded to your place of purchase (you will need your receipt) and you will receive a full refund and the retailer will get a full refund from Garmin.
And with that my 8 week experience with Garmin products is at an end.
I persevered but once I got to week 7 and the whole Garmin system crashed again that was my limit.
