Help me!! Syncing issues

I had a vivofit for 6 months and then lost it so bought a completely brand new one. I NEVER had issues with my old one - this new one has MAJOR issues syncing. Yesterday I tried on my phone, ipad, then finally Macbook and it worked after MANY failed attempts. Today, 1 hour later, no luck. Every sync has failed. I'm very frustrated. Please help.

    The problem is not on your end. The Garmin servers have been having issues the last few days.

    The vivofit holds data for 30 days, so once you can sync, no data will be lost.

    I wouldn't say it helped.. my advice is to get used to it. It seems to be the norm and not the exception. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.. Garmin won't say anything about it...

    Hopefully it's just for a few days.. but I don't know.

    Been having issues for the last 2 days!! First with my MFP (myfitnesspal) to Garmin. Now with loading my run. This is not cool.

    Any updates on this issue? My Garmin devices are worthless without being able to sync....

    Definitely seems to be an issue with the website and not the device. I just tried to upload an activity from my 920XT using WiFi and Garmin Express and neither worked. Then I copied the FIT file from the device only my computer and tried to upload it using Garmin Connect. This takes the 920XT out of the equation and it still failed.

    Currently Garmin is aware of problems with Garmin Express and Garmin Connect Mobile app syncing fitness device data with Garmin Connect. The Connect Servers are at the heart of the problem. It is being addressed and should be resolved later this evening or early tomorrow.

    I am sooooo frustrated at this point. I was using the Jawbone Up24 and did not have one issue with syncing and linking to MFP until I lost it on a run. I bought this a few days ago to replace the UP due to some additional features and so far am very disappointed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon or I will definitely be looking for another more stable fitness tracker.
